Pack Securely
Place your Thermomix and all included accessories in the original packaging to ensure the unit is protected during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to the outside of the box, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed or covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
